Landscape Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee landscape maintenance and development activities within agricultural settings
• Lead and manage a team of landscape personnel to ensure high productivity and landscape health
• Conduct daily inspections of landscaped areas and monitor fruit tree conditions
• Coordinate with external contractors to ensure all works meet specific palace standards and expectations
• Verify irrigation schedules and ensure systems are fully operational across all zones
• Monitor plant health and ensure the correct use of approved agrochemicals for pest and disease control
• Enforce contractor compliance with safety protocols and site regulations
• Review and validate as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and project specifications
• Prepare snag lists and oversee the timely resolution of issues prior to project handover

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape supervision, preferably in agricultural settings
• Strong knowledge of plant species, soil management, and irrigation systems
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be locally available in the UAE
