Landscape Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all landscape design and construction activities across multiple projects to ensure alignment with master plans, quality standards, and budgets
• Manage the end-to-end landscape development process from concept design through execution, handover, and operational readiness
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, infrastructure, and commercial teams to integrate landscape elements into overall development strategies
• Provide strategic direction and technical leadership for innovative, functional, and sustainable landscape architecture solutions
• Review and approve landscape designs, technical drawings, material specifications, and construction methodologies
• Oversee budget planning, cost control, procurement coordination, and value engineering initiatives
• Monitor project schedules and resource allocation while proactively identifying and mitigating risks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders
• Drive the implementation of sustainable landscape practices and water-efficient solutions
• Lead, mentor, and develop landscape teams to foster a high-performance culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field
• 12–15+ years of experience in landscape design, development, and project management
• Proven track record in large-scale real estate or mixed-use developments
• Strong knowledge of landscape architecture principles, irrigation systems, and hardscape/softscape works
• High proficiency in landscape design software and technical drawing coordination
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in budgeting and cost control
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment
