Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Foreman to monitor and drive construction progress according to program
• Ensure all work aligns with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements
• Champion a safe working environment using a Zero Harm approach
• Adhere to all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards

Requirements

• Demonstrated industry experience as a site supervisor in commercial scale landscaping
• Strong understanding of OHS and environmental requirements
• Proven ability to manage people and performance, including labour, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Experience working on both hardscape and softscape projects
• Strong attention to detail and ability to motivate teams to meet client objectives
