Landscape Inspector

Responsibilities

• Ensure all soft and hard landscaping construction works comply with approved plans and specifications
• Inspect site conditions and provide practical advice on constructional matters
• Maintain detailed daily diaries of work activities, including labor, equipment, and approved/rejected tasks
• Coordinate with Contractor foremen to ensure proper execution of work and quality assurance
• Interface with the public and adjacent residents to mitigate construction impacts
• Report questionable methods, failures to conform to specifications, or site accidents to the Resident Engineer
• Maintain records for joint measurements, interim/final payments, and as-built plans
• Enforce strict adherence to the approved Safety Plan on-site

Requirements

• UAE National
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Landscape or Agriculture Engineering
• Ability to read and interpret working drawings and technical specifications
• Full computer literacy for record maintenance and report generation
• Strong written and oral communication skills with effective interpersonal abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in landscaping and irrigation, preferably with softscape work
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
