Landscape Inspector

Responsibilities

• Attend Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action promptly
• Review submitted shop drawings against contract drawings, specifications, local codes, and international best practices
• Monitor the quality of executed works and daily site progress
• Report works that do not comply with approved drawings and specifications to stakeholders
• Maintain detailed records of daily site activities, including progress photos
• Prepare surveillance reports for work deficiencies and nonconformance reports (NCR)
• Ensure effective coordination between landscape works and all other disciplines
• Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with approved methods and contract requirements
• Observe and enforce site safety procedures

Requirements

• Must be a Saudi National
• Degree in Architecture
• 1-5 years of related experience in direct landscape work
• Broad general engineering background
• Previous project engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional registration
• Proven ability to perform in a supervisory or leadership role
• Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
• Proficiency in current technology and appropriate engineering software
