Landscape Inspector

Responsibilities

• Supervise hard and soft scape projects, including parks, playgrounds, and water features
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work complies with contract specifications and quality standards
• Monitor construction activities such as irrigation, planting, drainage, and site development
• Capture daily project photographs and maintain organized digital and physical files
• Prepare daily reports, quantity calculations, and project diaries
• Verify that only approved materials are used on-site and collect necessary compliance documentation
• Identify potential project conflicts or issues and advise supervisors on possible solutions
• Coordinate with subconsultants for surveying and material testing
• Document nonconformance and assist in determining appropriate resolutions
• Support the development of job safety practices and quality control procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or Associate's Degree in a technical or construction-related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of related field experience on construction projects
• Ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline
• OSHA construction safety training (10 hours or more)
• Current residency in Abu Dhabi
