Landscape Inspector

Responsibilities

• Supervise hard and soft scape projects, including parks, playgrounds, and water features.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work complies with contract specifications and quality standards.
• Perform inspection activities related to irrigation, planting, drainage, and site development.
• Capture daily project photographs and maintain organized office files, including quantity calculations and daily diaries.
• Prepare daily reports and required contract documentation.
• Verify that only approved materials are incorporated into the project.
• Identify potential conflicts or technical issues and advise supervisors on possible solutions.
• Report on installed quantities to verify applications for payment and change orders.
• Coordinate with subconsultants for surveying and material testing.
• Support the development of job safety practices and quality control procedures.
• Document nonconformance and assist in determining appropriate resolutions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Associate's Degree in a technical or construction-related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of related experience on field projects.
• Ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline.
• OSHA construction safety training (e.g., 10-hour training).
• Current residency in Abu Dhabi.
