Landscape Foreman (Stormwater)

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and schedule landscaping, routine maintenance, and light repairs of stormwater infrastructure
• Lead a crew of 2-4 members while enforcing safety regulations
• Perform mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, and light construction
• Operate landscaping and light construction equipment and maintain equipment trailers
• Prepare field reports and document work using proprietary systems
• Travel to client sites locally and regionally via company truck

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in manual labor or outdoor work
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Ability to meet DOT requirements (minimum 21 years of age)
• Willingness to travel 10-15 days per month
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and lifting in various weather conditions
• Ability to pass background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening

• Solid understanding of landscaping equipment and materials
