Landscape Foreman (Stormwater)

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and schedule landscaping, routine maintenance, and light repairs of stormwater infrastructure including retention ponds, detention basins, and drainage ditches
• Lead a crew of 2-4 members while enforcing all safety regulations
• Perform mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, and light construction repairs
• Operate landscaping and light construction equipment and maintain the equipment trailer
• Prepare field reports and document work using proprietary systems
• Travel to client sites locally and regionally via company truck

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience with manual labor
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally (typically 10 days per month)
• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Ability to pass background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Outdoor work experience
• Solid understanding of landscaping equipment and materials
