Landscape Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff to develop and execute design concepts for master planned communities
• Prepare and review detailed site plans, planting plans, hardscape designs, grading, and construction documents
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and developers
• Assist in project management duties, client presentations, and proposal development
• Prepare high-quality graphics, renderings, and visual presentations
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and local ordinances

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
• 3–5 years of professional experience in landscape architecture
• Experience in the design and documentation of planned community amenities (streetscapes, trails, parks, etc.)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
• Knowledge of planting design, site grading, and construction detailing
• Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lumion, Rhino, or D5
• Licensure or progress toward landscape architecture licensure
