Landscape Design Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and delivery of complex landscape design drawings and CAD outputs
• Apply advanced design principles to develop innovative, functional, and sustainable landscape solutions
• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and external consultants
• Review and approve design layouts, 2D/3D drawings, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with local authority approvals in Abu Dhabi, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Mentor and guide junior team members to support their technical and professional development
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related discipline
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in landscape design
• Strong proficiency in CAD and landscape design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline
• Professional accreditation or chartered status
• Experience with BIM workflows and digital design tools
• Experience working on large-scale developments, public realm, or master-planned communities in the Middle East
• Familiarity with client-side or developer-led projects and approval processes in Abu Dhabi
