Landscape Crew Lead

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead daily landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, mulching, and planting
• Lead and train field crew members, ensuring high standards of work and accountability
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure properties are left clean and professionally maintained
• Manage and protect company equipment, trucks, and trailers, including reporting maintenance needs
• Support company growth by identifying property improvements and communicating customer needs
• Maintain property documentation and ensure consistent service delivery

Requirements

• 2+ years of landscaping, lawn care, or similar outdoor work experience
• 2+ years of experience managing or operating commercial landscaping equipment and assets
• Experience leading and directing teams of 2 or more people
• Ability to work 50+ hours per week during the busy season (March–October)
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
