Landscape Crew Lead

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead daily landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, mulching, and planting
• Lead and train field team members while maintaining high quality standards and accountability
• Conduct quality control checks on all properties to ensure professional appearance and cleanliness
• Manage and maintain company equipment, trailers, and trucks to prevent damage or loss
• Support business growth by identifying property improvements and communicating customer needs

Requirements

• 2+ years of landscaping, lawn care, or similar outdoor work experience
• 2+ years of experience managing or operating field equipment and trailers
• Experience leading or directing a team of 2 or more people
• Ability to work 50+ hours per week during busy season (March–October)
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
