About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate tools and equipment including tampers, power saws, skid steers, and excavators
- Tackle diverse landscape construction projects outdoors
- Ensure safety through daily FLRAs, inspections, and toolbox talks
- Assist in loading and unloading materials
- Deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements
- At least 1 year of industry experience in a related role
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and all-weather outdoor work
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary trades education
- Working towards Red Seal in Landscaping or Horticulture
