Landscape Construction Foreman

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned field projects within assigned deadlines and budgets
• Manage a crew of workers and take ownership of onsite operations
• Facilitate an environment of growth for employees
• Manage relations with general contractors and subcontractors
• Ensure all projects are completed correctly according to landscape designs and specs

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in progressive roles
• Mobile equipment experience with skid steer and excavator
• Clean Driver's Abstract
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Understanding of landscape designs and required specs/buildups/details

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role
• Post-secondary trades education or Red Seal in Landscaping/Horticulture
