Landscape Construction and Administration Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage landscape construction sites including apartments, general buildings, and public works projects
• Oversee site cost management and budget control
• Directly manage planting and facility installation work processes
• Manage subcontractor progress payments and final settlements
• Handle design changes, claims, and negotiations for additional construction costs
• Manage administrative documentation and coordinate with clients and government authorities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in landscape construction
• Bachelor's degree or higher from a regular university
• Possession of relevant landscape-related certifications
• Proficiency in CAD, MS Office, and PowerPoint
• Valid driver's license (Class 1 Ordinary or higher)
• Ability to travel and work at various sites nationwide

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to start work immediately
• Willingness to work in regional/provincial locations
• Experience in design changes and reporting (quantity and unit price calculation, drawing analysis)
• Degree in a landscape-related major
• Experience in quality control management
