Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects as an in-house designer or with outside consultants
• Lead a variety of public and private projects at a range of scales
• Execute full-service project management
• Utilize 3D modeling and design software to develop project documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience at a landscape architecture firm
• Accredited degree in Landscape Architecture
• Licensed in the State of New York or ability to obtain license
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling (Lumion, Rhino, Sketchup)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating project management of full services
• Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing NYC Parks Capital Division projects
• Experience working with NYC public agencies such as EDC and DDC
• Experience with international projects in the Middle East and Asia
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM, and hand sketching
• Knowledge of construction documentation and plant materials
• Interest in business development and marketing
