Landscape Architect

Responsibilities

• Review and assess design submissions and shop drawings for compliance with project requirements and design intent
• Contribute to concept design development and assist in refining design solutions
• Prepare and adjust landscape designs based on project needs, site conditions, and client feedback
• Ensure all design deliverables align with approved plans, specifications, and standards
• Manage and follow up on deliverables from contractor technical teams to ensure timely submissions
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, provide site instructions, and verify work execution
• Approve completed works at site in coordination with the Senior Landscape Architect
• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and visual materials for client meetings
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
• 7+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of experience with a Master's degree
• Proven experience in landscape design and project coordination
• Strong proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Lumion, and/or SketchUp
• Ability to review technical drawings and provide effective design solutions
• Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to clients
• Willingness to conduct regular site visits and work in a dynamic project environment
