Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain agricultural vehicles, machinery, systems, and equipment to ensure customer readiness
• Independently diagnose and document faults in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems
• Operate vehicles and manage complex agricultural technology systems to identify and resolve defects
• Retrofit agricultural vehicles and machinery with accessories and additional equipment
• Evaluate used machinery and perform necessary technical diagnostics
• Pursue long-term opportunities to take on responsibility as a deputy workshop manager

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in agricultural machinery, commercial vehicles, automotive mechanics, or a comparable technical trade
• Experience with tractors and other agricultural machinery is highly preferred
• Valid driving license (Class B required; Class CE is a significant advantage)
• Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills
• Ability to work independently, diligently, and with a hands-on approach
