Land Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Perform land and field surveys, geodetic calculations, and supervision of survey works
• Review drawings and documents related to landscape and infrastructure projects
• Interface with clients and contractors to verify project survey requirements
• Check setting-out, levels, and service locations to ensure protection
• Prepare sketches to support field work and maintain all survey information, including field books and calculations
• Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings
• Ensure all surveying requirements are completed on schedule and within budget
• Observe site safety procedures and participate in all health and safety issues

Requirements

• Diploma or Associate degree in Land Surveying or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in landscape and infrastructure projects
• At least 4 years of experience working within a consultancy firm
• Proficiency in CAD software and various survey software
• Hands-on experience with total stations, data collectors, and GPS equipment
• Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of construction sequences and standard industry work procedures
• Ability to communicate logically and clearly with both management and staff
