Land Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Conduct land, topographic, boundary, and construction surveys
• Operate surveying equipment including Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, and Auto Levels
• Collect, verify, and process survey data accurately
• Establish control points and site benchmarks
• Prepare survey drawings, maps, and reports
• Support engineering and construction teams with survey information
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety requirements
• Maintain detailed survey records and documentation

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying, construction surveying, or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of surveying principles, coordinate systems, and mapping standards
• Proficiency in handling survey equipment such as Total Station, GPS, and GNSS
• Candidates holding their own visa are highly preferred for this 1 to 2-month requirement
