About the role
Responsibilities
- Sign and seal survey documents as a registered professional land surveyor
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate the technical aspects of survey projects
- Lead and coordinate field crew activities, including providing assignments and daily work reviews
- Engage with clients to discuss project status and identify new business opportunities
- Assist with business development, proposal preparation, and QA/QC reviews for all survey products
Requirements
- Licensed in Land Surveying in New York
- 6+ years of professional Land Survey experience
- Advanced knowledge of local survey laws, principles, and techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and survey processing software
- Working knowledge of field instrumentation, including GPS/GNSS and robotic total stations
- Strong mathematical skills in algebra and trigonometry
