Land Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership to the land team and cultivate a culture of collaboration
• Direct and oversee title-related responsibilities regarding interest type and ownership
• Supervise the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients
• Lead assessments of client portals and implement corrective actions for ownership accuracy
• Safeguard client confidentiality and nurture long-lasting client relationships
• Conduct analyses of interest types and production metrics for deals and acquisitions
• Develop and deliver comprehensive monthly reports for clients using auditing expertise

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in an energy-related field
• CPL, CMM, or equivalent certification
• Minimum of 10+ years of land and/or mineral management experience
• In-depth knowledge of oil and gas industry land practices and regulations
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• Law degree
