Land Negotiator

Responsibilities

• Act as the representative for Trafikverket during land negotiations for investment and reinvestment projects
• Manage land access and compensation issues for road and railway construction projects
• Inform and maintain contact with landowners
• Handle property-related planning and formal issues within the project planning process
• Execute land access through civil law agreements and formal proceedings
• Sign property law agreements including land purchases, property regulations, easements, and usage rights
• Investigate encroachments and damages caused by construction projects
• Value, negotiate, and sign compensation agreements and manage budgets for land negotiations
• Represent Trafikverket during cadastral proceedings
• Manage Trafikverket's properties within investment projects, including buying and selling
• Provide support to the legal unit regarding landowner contacts, investigations, and inspections

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Either a 3-year university degree in surveying, real estate economics, urban planning, or equivalent, plus 6 years of qualified real estate law experience (including 3 years of negotiation and 1 year in road/rail projects)
• Or 9 years of qualified real estate law experience (including 3 years of negotiation and 1 year in road/rail projects)
• Full independence in work execution
• Valid driver's license for passenger cars
