Land Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership to the land team and foster a culture of collaboration
• Manage and direct title-related responsibilities regarding interest type and ownership
• Supervise the comprehensive onboarding process for new clients
• Create insightful monthly reports for clients using auditing expertise
• Conduct assessments of client portals and implement corrective actions to ensure ownership accuracy

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-10 years of land and/or mineral management experience
• CPL, CMM or equivalent certification required
• In-depth knowledge of the oil and gas industry, land practices, and regulations
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Bachelor’s Degree in an energy-related field preferred
