Land Manager, SEA

Responsibilities

• Own land revenue and margin growth for SEA by driving hotel and land attachment
• Manage a portfolio of preferred land suppliers and build regional partnerships
• Lead marketing initiatives and incentive campaigns for hotel program offerings
• Leverage data to target high potential clients and grow Preferred Land Partner mix
• Provide internal training to drive land product awareness and adoption
• Procure market-specific content and standardize land content across booking channels
• Negotiate with partners for waivers, favors, and joint marketing spend
• Monitor supplier performance and achieve year-over-year ROI growth
• Maximize hotel commission collection through improved partner engagement

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of the business travel industry
• Proven supplier management experience
• Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong analytical skills with ability to present ROI expectations
• Advanced Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, macros)
• Experience with GDS systems (Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus)
• Experience with online booking tools (Cytric or Concur)
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian languages is desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• FCTG background
• Degree qualification
