Land Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Systematic land prospecting using PLU and POS
• Conducting feasibility studies
• Negotiating with owners and managing notary follow-ups from sales promise to acquisition
• Setting up and monitoring files (building permits, soil studies, appeals)
• Managing internal and external relations with design offices and architects

Requirements

• Minimum BAC+5 degree (Business School, Engineering School, Real Estate Law, etc.)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within real estate development
• Strong negotiation and tenacity skills
• Dynamic, reactive, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Mobile and available
