Land Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Study and analyze land opportunities through prospecting and project relevance assessment
• Evaluate project feasibility including square footage, financial balance, and market studies
• Negotiate and sign sales promises
• Develop and animate internal and external networks including notaries, architects, and design offices

Requirements

• Minimum BAC+5 degree (Business School, Engineering School, Real Estate Law, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within real estate development
• Strong negotiation skills and tenacity
• Dynamic, reactive, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Mobile and available
