Responsibilities
- Detect land development opportunities
- Develop a relational network with local stakeholders including developers, elected officials, and notaries
- Conduct feasibility studies (regulatory, technical, commercial, financial, administrative, and legal)
- Negotiate legal agreements such as sales promises, construction leases, and VEFA
- Prepare engagement committee files for decision making
Requirements
- Higher education degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in prospecting and negotiation
- Ideally experienced in the local geographic region
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Financial and legal sensitivity
