Land Development Engineering Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction, vision, and growth of the Land Development practice
• Cultivate trusted relationships with Central Florida developers, landowners, and municipalities
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and lead pursuit strategies
• Oversee execution of large-scale, multi-disciplinary land development projects
• Ensure predictable project outcomes through effective scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing teams
• Mentor staff and promote a collaborative, learning-focused environment
• Drive operational excellence and compliance with company standards

Requirements

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 10+ years of progressive experience in land development engineering
• Proven leadership delivering large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
• Strong credibility with Central Florida developers and regulatory agencies
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex project portfolios
• Experience in business development and growing a regional practice
• Excellent communication and leadership presence
