About the Company

Responsibilities

• Identify and source new land for agency development
• Contact potential sellers and property owners
• Assist and perform feasibility studies, capacity assessments, and financial balances
• Follow up on files and perform necessary reminders
• Conduct sector and competitive intelligence monitoring

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a BAC +4/+5 program in real estate, urban planning, real estate law, or engineering
• Dynamic and determined personality
• Strong oral communication skills and analytical capacity
• Valid driver's license
