Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care and make rational clinical decisions
• Work with modern digital tools, including AI support for clinical notes and certificates
• Engage in proactive patient work and follow-up
• Contribute to the development of primary care both clinically and strategically

Requirements

• Licensed physician (Legitimerad läkare)
• Desire to become a specialist trainee (ST-läkare) in general medicine
• Ability to make independent clinical decisions
• Strong focus on patient continuity and relationship building
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
