Ladies Shoes Salespeople

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional one-on-one customer service and product expertise in the Ladies shoes department
• Advise customers on the latest fashion trends and brand offerings
• Maintain high standards of visual presentation and ensure stock levels are managed
• Use initiative to complete tasks and keep the department well-presented
• Attend product training sessions to expand knowledge of merchandise
• Work collaboratively with the First Floor team to support wider department needs

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• A genuine interest in fashion and a love for premium brands
• Confident, enthusiastic, and helpful attitude toward customers
• Strong teamwork skills and a flexible approach to working
• Current eligibility to work in New Zealand

Benefits

• Two specific shift patterns:
• 32 hours (Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday)
• 11 hours (Friday and Saturday)
