Ladder Frame Engineer Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide support to production teams to help achieve production goals
• Implement containment actions to address design or quality deviations
• Collaborate with body production and maintenance teams
• Address equipment and communication issues to minimize delays
• Facilitate regular meetings to discuss challenges and improvements
• Conduct cross-departmental analysis of product launches
• Recognize and rectify bottleneck situations to optimize production flow
• Track and coordinate special build events within the Pilot Hall body Team
• Train team members on required techniques and regulations

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in car production
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in Automotive engineering
• Proficiency with DFEMA, PFEMA, and control plans
• Knowledge of metrology equipment and measurement reports
• Experience with 8D or similar problem-solving methods
• Familiarity with statistical process control and control charts

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant engineering field
