Lacrosse Graduate Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive lacrosse development program
• Provide hands-on instruction, supervision, and safety during training sessions
• Contribute to a competitive, supportive, and development-focused team environment
• Support the team during practices, games, and competitions
• Manage assigned clerical duties in a timely and organized manner
• Build and sustain positive relationships with student-athletes, coaches, faculty, and staff
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in lacrosse

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Acceptance into a West Virginia Wesleyan College graduate program
• CPR/AED certification
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous collegiate lacrosse experience at the Division I or Division II level
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
