Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces through degreasing, sanding, masking, and priming
• Apply primer, topcoat, and clear coat using correct techniques and equipment
• Mix paint following color codes and using mixing systems
• Perform polishing and post-processing to achieve correct finish
• Collaborate with panel beaters and damage inspectors to plan work orders
• Conduct quality control and document work in the workshop system
• Follow safety routines and handle materials in an environmentally correct manner

Requirements

• Education or solid experience as a painter within the automotive industry
• Knowledge of modern painting methods, color systems, and environmental requirements
• Experience in paint mixing and spray gun usage
• Precise, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Swedish language proficiency in speech and writing
• Driver's license (B) is a merit
