Labourer

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact on site, introducing yourself to residents professionally
• Safely remove approximately 10 kitchen units per day
• Complete strip-out works for at least one kitchen and one bathroom per day
• Remove existing flooring as required
• Strip wallpaper and prepare surfaces for refurbishment
• Ensure all appliances, staircases, and surrounding areas are adequately protected
• Install appropriate signage and information boards on site
• Carry out general labouring duties to support the project

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role within the Social Housing sector
• Valid CSCS card
• Asbestos Awareness Training Certificate
