Labourer

Responsibilities

• Perform general labour, snow removal, and groundskeeping tasks
• Assist Maintenance Technicians with routine inspections and minor repairs
• Assemble, move, and set up furniture and room layouts
• Service and restock potable water and eyewash stations
• Handle waste and recycling and transport materials safely
• Conduct basic facility checks and report hazards or equipment concerns
• Follow all site safety practices including WHMIS and PPE protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver's abstract
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in remote camp or industrial/hospitality settings
• WHMIS certification
• Standard First Aid/CPR certification
• Fall Protection or Confined Space Awareness training
