Labour Relations & HR Administration Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Oversee labor law compliance, employee relations, and union/collective bargaining support.
• Manage HR administration processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
• Lead activities in talent acquisition, growth, performance management, and corporate communications.
• Design and coordinate learning and development programs aligned with company strategy.
• Support CSR and employee engagement initiatives to strengthen company culture.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation while tracking key HR metrics.
• Monitor legal compliance and manage archiving and records management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8-10 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Must be a resident of Bursa.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HR Governance and Data Analytics.
