Laborer

Responsibilities

• Assist construction crews by organizing materials and maintaining a clean, safe job site
• Perform site cleanup duties including piling lumber, sorting materials, and loading/unloading deliveries
• Receive deliveries, verify quantities, and inventory job site materials
• Manage waste containers and ensure debris is disposed of in designated bins
• Support site safety by identifying and reporting potential hazards to the Project Manager
• Perform light carpentry work and assist with field installation as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a construction laborer or in a similar role
• Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces when required
