Laborer

Responsibilities

• Work safely and comply with all safety rules and work practices
• Maintain barge equipment
• Inspect rigging
• Sweep and shovel barges
• Operate sweeper
• Training on skidsteer
• Maintain service logs and tools

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and determine mechanical solutions
• Good sense of judgment and critical thinking
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work in outdoor/indoor environments with exposure to noise and dust
• Ability to wear required PPE (safety vests, hard hats, gloves, steel-toe boots)
