Laborer

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing the worksite
• Assisting the safety team
• Handling and moving jobsite materials
• Assisting carpenters with various projects
• Helping with the loading and unloading of deliveries

Requirements

• 1 year of construction experience
• Understanding of safety and general construction knowledge
• Ability to provide primary support to field supervision
• Critical thinking skills to solve worksite issues
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Physical agility to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work on uneven surfaces
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 50-100 lbs 75% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work in an OSHA compliant safety environment
• Ability to work outdoors
• Availability for overtime and weekend hours
• Strong punctuality and promptness
