About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of laborers to provide a safe and organized working environment
- Maintain a clean jobsite by moving materials and removing trash and debris
- Execute assigned tasks and provide front-line leadership to laborers
Requirements
- 2 years of construction experience
- 1 year of team leadership experience
- OSHA 10 training minimum (OSHA 30 preferred)
- Forklift and fall protection training
- Mobile elevated work platform training (boom and scissor)
- Ability to lift and carry 50-100 lbs 75% of the time
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work on uneven surfaces or at heights
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors
- Availability for overtime and weekend hours
- Strong punctuality and promptness
