Laboratory Trainee

Responsibilities

• Support the performance of physico-chemical analysis on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods
• Collaborate on quality control tasks to ensure compliance with internal standards
• Assist in sample preparation and reagent management
• Record results and maintain up-to-date laboratory documentation systems
• Support the investigation of deviations and incident analysis
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization projects
• Ensure compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations
• Maintain laboratory order and cleanliness following 5S principles

Requirements

• Student in final year or recent graduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field
• Ability to sign an internship agreement with a university or educational center
• Intermediate English level (B1-B2)
• Basic knowledge of laboratory and analytical techniques
• Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor
• Proactive attitude and a desire to learn
