Responsibilities

• Identify shortcomings and suggest improvements to existing processes, systems, and procedures.
• Explore technical issues to establish potential causes, barriers, and related concerns.
• Help develop and monitor the implementation of organizational procedures.

Requirements

• High School or FE College education.
• Experienced practitioner with the ability to work unsupervised.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to provide technical guidance to others.
• Ability to apply business objectives to develop solutions independently.
• Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software packages.
• Skills in identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and managing risks within production processes.
• Ability to analyze data trends for use in reports to guide decision-making.
• Competence in managing and applying safe systems of work.
