Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities

• Carry out laboratory examinations in hematology, chemistry, serology, urine, feces, and body fluids following predetermined procedures
• Perform data entry and release of examination results into the system to ensure timely availability
• Prioritize reporting of CITO, CCU, and critical condition results to doctors or nurses
• Manage equipment usage, requests, and preventive maintenance to ensure availability and cleanliness
• Organize the storage of examination results and manage reagent procurement and usage
• Collect data and prepare operational reports for superiors
• Implement quality and safety procedures and attend required training

Requirements

• Minimum Vocational High School Graduate from Health Analyst
• Proficiency in performing laboratory tests and operating laboratory equipment
• Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot technical issues
• Effective communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare professionals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a clinical or hospital laboratory setting
