Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities

• Carry out laboratory examinations related to hematology, chemistry, serology, urine, feces, and body fluids
• Perform data entry and release of examination results into the system according to SOPs
• Prioritize reporting of CITO, CCU, and critical condition examination results to doctors or nurses
• Manage equipment usage, requests, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure availability and cleanliness

Requirements

• Minimum Vocational High School Graduate from Health Analyst
• Proficiency in performing laboratory tests and operating laboratory equipment
• Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot technical issues
• Effective communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare professionals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a clinical or hospital laboratory setting
