Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities

• Carry out laboratory examinations in hematology, chemistry, serology, urine, feces, and body fluids following SOPs
• Perform data entry and release of examination results to ensure timely availability
• Prioritize reporting of CITO, CCU, and critical condition results to doctors or nurses
• Manage equipment usage, requests, and preventive maintenance
• Organize storage of examination results and manage reagent procurement and usage
• Implement quality and safety procedures and attend required training

Requirements

• Minimum Vocational High School Graduate from Health Analyst
• Health Analyst certification
• Proficiency in performing laboratory tests and operating equipment
• Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot technical issues
• Effective communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare professionals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a clinical or hospital laboratory setting
