Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing on production samples, including verification and reporting results
• Conduct laboratory testing to support research and development projects
• Report all non-conforming results to the R&D engineer or supervisor
• Manage laboratory supplies and ensure equipment maintenance
• Perform tests aimed at improving plant efficiency and reworking non-conforming products
• Support the sales team by communicating test results to technical sales managers and representatives
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook and Excel)
• Fluent in both French and English (written and oral)
• Ability to lift up to 30 kg and perform repetitive physical effort
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
• Flexibility regarding work schedules

• Previous relevant experience working in a laboratory setting
