Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Weigh, digest, and test samples using relevant equipment
• Maintain accurate laboratory reports and databases
• Receive, sort, log, and label client samples
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC checks on equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and adhere to PPE requirements
• Assist with general laboratory upkeep and housekeeping
• Support junior technicians and perform field responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in an industrial laboratory or field services setting
• For water laboratory roles: Associate or Bachelor's degree in science or 1 year of supervised water testing experience
• Ability to follow strict safety standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in a science-related field
• 5+ years of experience in industrial, lab, or field settings
